Specific Policies for Certain Products:

• Consumable products such as Vapes, HHC-Gummies, and Seeds: These must be unopened and with an intact seal to be eligible for return. Products with a broken seal cannot be returned.

• Perishable products such as Magic Truffles and Grow Kits: Due to their nature and shelf life, these products are excluded from returns.

Packaging Instructions: Please ensure that you return the product in its original packaging. If possible, use the same packaging in which you received the product. This ensures that the product returns safely and in good condition.

Costs and Refund:

Warranty

Warranty on Seeds

Novus Fumus does everything within its power to provide you with a high-quality product. However, seeds are natural products and can sometimes unexpectedly decrease in germination strength. Moreover, the growth and harvest of the product are not only dependent on germination strength and energy but also on various other factors, such as the sowing method, temperature, etc.

If you inform Novus Fumus of your complaint, we will try to come to a satisfactory solution with you reasonably.

Legal Warranty on Products

The legal guarantee applies to our website. A legal guarantee means that you, as a consumer, can reasonably expect that our product corresponds/does what it should according to our explanation/advertisement.
