Truffles, also called Sclerotia, have become very popular in recent years due to their unique effects. Sclerotia consists of mycelium threads (fungus threads) that are located under the ground. A drop in temperature and an increase in humidity create an ideal climate for the growth of mushrooms. If the climate is not yet ideal, the mycelium threads form Sclerotia (truffle) and absorb nutrients so that a mushroom can grow from it later.

When using truffles, it is important to do so in a safe and trusted environment. Never take more than one contents of a container at a time and start with half the amount of the total weight in the container. After 30-45 minutes, decide if you want to increase the dose. The truffles work best on an empty stomach and should be chewed well to improve the effect. Truffles can also be taken in the form of tea or soup. Store the truffles in a dark place between 2°C and 4°C. Only use truffles for mental health and not for depression, high or low blood pressure, heart and/or lung complaints, diabetes or pregnancy. It is important not to combine truffles with alcohol, medicines and/or other drugs. Participating in traffic is not allowed and truffles may not be used by persons under the age of 18.

Magic Truffles contain nutrients that are essential for the human organism, such as energy, carbohydrates, proteins, fats, dietary fibers and various minerals and vitamins. Our truffles contain 464.7 kJ of energy and 110.5 kcal of energy per 100 g, 13.2 g of carbohydrates, 5.3 g of protein, 0.4 g of fat, and 16.7 g of dietary fiber per 100 g. In addition, they also contain 10 IU of vitamin D, 13.6 mg of sodium, 169.3 mg of phosphorus, 210 mg of potassium, 12.5 mg of calcium and 0.7 mg of iron per 100 g.
